Return Policy

A customer may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by OCC.Com.pk within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will also bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and if there is an issue with the quality of any of the product(s).

Food items, cheese, and raw chicken etc., a customer can return them at the time of delivery only. Because of the fragility of these items, OCC will not be able to entertain such returns later.

Return/Exchange Policy

To be eligible for Return/Exchange and Expired/Damaged item, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, and secured in the original packing.
